What happens in a hypnotherapy session?
There are different types of hypnotherapy, and different ways of hypnotising someone.
First, we discuss what you hope to achieve and agree what methods will be used.
I will lead you into a deeply relaxed state and use our agreed methods to help you towards your goals – for example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit. I will then gradually bring you out of the trance
You're fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the any suggestions if you don't want to.
Hypnosis doesn't work if you don't want to be hypnotised.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Therapy)
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind!
The techniques, principles and attitudes provide a way for people to remove self-imposed limitations. It enables people to have choice over how they feel, their emotions, their behaviours and physical states. if you change your thinking, you can change your results in business and life!

Guidance is the life coach providing the tools and support for you to broaden your perspective and open your mind, enabling you to reach your goals.
Empowerment is to a large extent down to the individual to realise their own self-worth and self-belief that has, for one reason or another, diminished.
And improvement in the sense that you will go from where you are to where you want to be, in effect reaching your goal.
The methods used will vary from client to client dependant on what we are working towards. In your first session we will look at underlying factors that are creating your mindset and design a personalised programme from there.
